About these terms
These terms describe Link Pocket and its related support pages, provided by Mujeeb Muhideen. Availability, supported systems, and any price are stated on the relevant App Store listing.
App Store license
App Store distribution uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license is expressly supplied with the app. That agreement governs the software license and its applicable usage rules. These support terms do not replace it or limit any mandatory consumer rights. A TestFlight build may be subject to Apple’s separate testing terms.
Your saved content
You retain ownership of your notes and other content you create. Saving a link does not transfer ownership of the linked website or its material. Only save, import, export, or share material that you are permitted to use. Link Pocket does not grant permission to bypass a paywall, authentication, or another source’s access controls.
The app provides tools to capture, find, revisit, export, and delete links. Keep your own backups of information you cannot afford to lose. Exporting or sharing a file makes a separate copy that the app cannot later delete for you.
Websites and optional services
Linked websites, Apple services, your browser, and any agent client you choose are provided by third parties. Their availability, content, fees, and terms are outside the developer’s control. A saved link can remain in your library even if the source changes, disappears, or cannot be reached.
Optional iCloud sync and system delivery can be delayed by network, account, storage, permission, or operating-system conditions. Review the app’s status and recovery controls when an operation needs attention. Do not use the app as the only system for an emergency or safety-critical reminder.
Responsible use
Do not use the app or support pages to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with security, or misuse another person’s data. You are responsible for the content and credentials you choose to share with an external client. The developer’s app code and visual assets remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.
Updates and availability
Features may evolve during development. Beta builds may expire or be replaced. There is no guaranteed public release date or support response time. Any future paid offering will disclose its terms and price before purchase; this page does not create a subscription.
We aim to preserve local access and provide portability, but no software or external service is error-free. For applicable warranty and liability provisions, refer to the app’s governing license. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
