From January through March 2022, I worked on FoodNow's web ordering experience as a frontend engineer.
Ordering from request to status
I used Next.js and Tailwind to build responsive ordering flows and real-time order-status interfaces. The work connected backend APIs to reusable UI components so customers could move through an order and understand what was happening next.
This short engagement reinforced a durable frontend principle: a live product state only helps when the interface translates it into clear, timely feedback.
